Currently Reed performs in the Los Angeles area with his band, among others.

Reed Gratz begins his 10th year as Visiting Professor of Music at

Claremont McKenna College , teaching 20th century American Jazz Culture.

Reed began full-time teaching at the University of La Verne in 1977.

Reed has been appointed by City Councilman Freddie Rodriguez

as Cultural Arts Commissioner in the City of Pomona (District 2)

and began serving in January, 2007.

performs at Manchester College on Monday, February 26, 2007.

The concert is part of the Manchester College Convocation Series that presents a wide variety

of concerts, lectures, and performances focusing on student attendance

and participation. The concert begins at 10AM.
